We are seeking a Specialist in General Practice to join our medical clinic, with the opportunity to work full-time or part-time.

Primary Care Centre Östergötland consists of 33 region-run health centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, the Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and evening/weekend emergency centers, and the General Practice Education Centre. The health center is conveniently located in the Hageby district with excellent connections to the rest of Norrköping and currently serves approximately 15,000 registered patients. The health center includes a medical clinic, specialist nurse clinics, a nurse clinic, an elderly care clinic, child health care, a counseling clinic, dietitian services, podiatry, and a laboratory. We are also responsible for several nursing homes and home care within the registration area. We are approximately 65 employees who thrive together in an open working climate. Job Description

We are in a phase of development and need more colleagues to meet patient needs and purposefully steer towards improved and more efficient working methods. We have specialists, residents at various levels, and several junior doctors. We also have our passionate senior employees who enjoy working and sharing their competence.

Mentoring students and resident doctors is an important part of the work, as is engagement in the health center's development and quality work. The health center's doctors also participate in primary and backup duty assignments for the eastern part of the county during on-call hours.

About You

You are a Specialist in General Practice with previous experience working in primary care. You hold a Swedish medical license (to be attached to the application) and Swedish language skills equivalent to level Swedish C1. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other organizations, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. A Class B driver's license is required.
